Turcianske Teplice is a tiny, but picturesque spa town.
Turcianske Teplice is a tiny, but picturesque spa town. It has an amazing large green park right in the centre, interesting historical buildings and, obviously, amenities featuring the town's renown thermal springs - a new Aqua park, old fashioned sanatorium, as well as a retro open air thermal swimming pools called 'Vieska'. Everything is within 5-10 mins walking distance, so there is no car needed for this trip. There is a decent choice of cafes and restaurants, good train connections, info centre and a couple of supermarkets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing wellness break a train ride away, Turcianske Teplice is a place to go.AAnonymousSlovakia

Well placed with great facilities, including a pool, kids corner and situated in beautiful nature. Staff is very friendly and professional.
